Will Drook started into the realm of dry cleaning right here in Richmond, Indiana. He and his wife Kim purchased Armstrong Cleaners in 2016 and began adding locations to the Armstrong family. Will took ownership of Fox Cleaners in Dayton in 2022 and is growing that business as well.
We are now going through the process of combining the two brands into one. As of Friday, February 23, we are proudly strutting into the future as your friendly neighborhood Fox Cleaners.
But, fear not! This isn't goodbye, it's just a continuation of the expert fabric cleaning services you've come to expect at our A Street location here in Richmond.
Who is Fox Cleaners? Fox Cleaners is a well-known dry cleaning company based in Dayton Ohio. Fox Cleaners has been in business since 1947.
When will this transition happen? It’s been underway since 2022 when Will Drook gained ownership of Fox Cleaners. We have been working to combine processes ever since. You will see the new signage and branding change in the upcoming weeks and months.
What will change? Just the name! You can still count on Fox Cleaners to provide expert care for your fabrics, but your hangers and tags will begin to have the Fox branding on them instead of Armstrong.
Why change? The Fox Cleaners brand is more widely known, and we want to present a consistent brand and message. We are also able to source services and materials together to streamline our processes and serve you even better.
